Cloptim ("we", "us") values your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it. It is intentionally short because our practice is intentionally simple.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, company, role, and the message you write. We use that information to respond to your inquiry. That's it.

What we don't do

• → We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
• → We don't train AI models on your inquiries or any client data.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible) to understand which pages people visit. No cross-site tracking, no cookies that identify you personally, no ad tech.

Data we process for clients

When we work with clients, the data we touch is governed by the engagement contract, typically with explicit data-handling terms, DPAs where required, and zero-retention contracts with our LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI). We never train on client data.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email hello@cloptim.com and we'll do it within 7 days.
